At the end of 2025, our machine park was expanded with a state-of-the-art continuous 5-axis high-precision machining center. The machine is equipped with a high-torque BT50 spindle (52 kW, 12,000 rpm) and rapid traverses up to 60 m/min, ensuring excellent performance even in the most demanding machining operations.
The system features a 10-pallet automatic pallet changer (1000 × 800 mm) and an ISO50 tool magazine with 363 tool positions. Additional equipment includes coolant temperature control, probing system, laser tool presetting, and advanced software for pallet and tool management.
With travels of X 1250, Y 1250, Z 1000, a tilting rotary table with a diameter of 1250 × 1000 mm, and a maximum pallet load of 2800 kg, this DMG MORI machining center allows us to guarantee high precision, process stability, advanced thermal management, and outstanding efficiency, productivity, and versatility for our customers.
