At the beginning of December, our machine park was expanded with a modern DMG MORI machine, combining precision, speed, and robustness. It is suitable both for light alloys and for heavy-duty machining of difficult materials.
This is an ultra-high-precision moving-column milling machine with continuous 5-axis machining, equipped with a high-torque BT50 spindle (52 kW) and a 50-position ISO50 tool magazine. The machine travels are X 3000, Y 800, Z 850.
It features a tilting head and an integrated rotary table with a diameter of 800 mm, embedded in the machine bed, ensuring maximum stability and machining accuracy.
